In a nutshell, apart from being a cyber-Jedi, Raymond helps organizational leaders find their way out of a wet paper bag. His approach is simple: understand where you are presently and where you are going, remove barriers, build goals, and pursue their purpose. Raymond’s expertise is in organizational culture, leadership, and cyber warfare. He is passionate about executive leadership and policy development, cultural team building, and bringing mental awareness among men to light.
EDUCATION: Raymond holds a MAcc – in Forensics & Auditing from Strayer University and is in his final year of a Ph.D. Public Policy – National Security at Liberty University, Virginia.
SPEAKER & INSTRUCTOR: Raymond is a global speaker and respected instructor and has delivered his message in conferences, corporate offices, and training rooms throughout five continents. He brings a dynamic presentation, applying lessons experienced from (1.) lessons learned in his childhood on the streets of Los Angeles, (2.) his evolution into becoming an elite Team USA triathlete, and (3.) developing his successful business empire. Raymond holds over 20 certifications, which include the Certified ISSO, Certified Security Leadership Officer, Certified Fraud Examiner, Digital Forensic Engineer, and Certified Masters Professional Coach, to name a few.
BUSINESSMAN & COACH: Raymond is an accomplished Leadership consultant and businessman who has built several multi-million-dollar companies in the cybersecurity and real estate space. Raymond’s mile2 cybersecurity certifications are delivered to over 300 training partners and universities, and he has certified hundreds of thousands of students worldwide. The training programs are accredited/affiliated with DHS-NICCS, FBI, and ANAB ANSI ISO 17024.
In addition, Raymond has coached many business owners to navigate and implement successful business strategies with his propriety triangular approach, addressing the mind, soul, and body.

ATHLETE & COACH: Raymond was an elite All-American triathlete and a Team USA member, competing in the Americas and Europe. Raymond is also a Certified Ironman Coach and is involved as a performance coach to state and national class athletes.
